Delete your ErgManiac account

To request deletion, email us from the address on your ErgManiac account. If you no longer have access to that address, contact us and we will help verify your request.

You can also write to dominik@coreline.agency with the subject “ErgManiac account deletion request”.

What happens next

We will delete your account, personal data, workout history, training plans, and associated files within 30 days after verifying your request. Limited records such as invoices may be retained where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting your ErgManiac account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play, or manage a web subscription in ErgManiac Settings, before requesting deletion.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can delete individual workouts in the app. To request deletion of other personal data while keeping your account, email dominik@coreline.agency from your account address and tell us which data you want removed.
